A home is one of the biggest purchases that most people make, so it makes sense to know what condition your home is in before you make the leap. That’s where Square One Inspections comes in! We provide a thorough home inspection and take the time to make sure you understand everything fully. We use the latest technology to assist in our inspections including a drone, infrared camera, and moisture meter.
Please take note that a residential home inspection can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of the home.
Homes larger than 1800 sqft are subject to a higher inspection fee.

Square One Inspections provides sewer scope inspections as an add on service. When purchasing a new home, one of the biggest headaches and expenses can be your sewer line. Sewer lines can be made out of various materials and can suffer various forms of damage or failure. Sewer lines can also be installed improperly or over compacted, resulting in crushed pipes. This is why we recommend getting a sewer pipe inspection done on any home purchase, even new construction. We provide a report along with a private link to your sewer inspection video.

I started doing home inspections because I love everything that makes up a home and I enjoy helping people understand all of the components of their home. I follow a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This means that I’ll inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology.

Certified professional inspector and sewer scope certified through InterNACHI. Allows you to get your home inspection and sewer scope inspection done at the same time.
Latest Technology
We implement the latest technology to provide the best home inspection that we can. This includes the use of a drone to inspect roofs and hard to reach areas that are unsafe for the inspector to climb. We also do a quick sweep of the home with an infrared camera to help locate any defects that may not be seen with the naked eye.

Easy to understand reports
The reports that we provide at the end of each inspection are easy to understand and include all of the defects that were found during the inspection. The defects are color coded to indicate the severity of the defect, which makes it easy to prioritize repairs. We also include pictures to help see the defects and show you important information about your home and its systems.
